Four simple steps

1. Open the blueSIM bot in Telegram.

2. Tap the blueSIM button below the chat to launch the mini app.

3. In the app, choose Support in the bottom-right corner, then select the contact option.

4. Send “TEST” followed by your destination country, for example “TEST Türkiye”.

Your request reaches the Support channel associated with your blueSIM account. The team can identify your account and provide a voucher for the requested destination. This is handled by the team, so please do not expect instant automatic delivery. One trial is intended per Telegram ID.
